We aren’t just a spin studio, we are a bespoke studio in North West London, offering many types of classes from yoga to hiit to spin and pilates. Not only do we offer classes but our trainers and staff are here to help and give advice whenever you need it.
The special thing about our studio is that we pride ourselves on being a family, a community of likeminded individuals who simply want to be healthy, who want to be fit. So whatever the need, whatever questions you have, send them our way and we will be happy to help!
As you also know, we have a delicious smoothie bar for an after class nutrition boost. Our smoothies are made up of many tasty components but here’s some interesting information about a few:
Cacao is a superfood! It has 40 times the amount of antioxidants of blueberries which lowers your risk of infections and some forms of cancer, MINDBLOWING… it is a great source of iron, providing increased energy, better athletic performance as well as many other things. Its full of magnesium and calcium and is a natural mood elevator too.
Spirulina that scary green powder is also a wonderful healthy substitute. It has powerful antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties. It can also lower bad LDL levels reducing the risk of heart disease, and some studies have even shown that it improves muscle strength and endurance.
Oats, one of our favourites! They have so many benefits such as being very nutritionally dense with vitamins and minerals. They are rich in antioxidants which reduces blood pressure and they can lower cholesterol levels. They also make you fuller for longer helping you to lose weight.
Peanut butter. As well as it being delicious, it suppresses hunger for weight loss, peanuts (in moderation) lower the risk of heart disease, it is full of healthy fat and has a high protein and potassium content.
