Where has the month gone? Life flies by when you’re having fun doesn’t it?

We can’t believe that it has already been a month since we opened the doors at SpinEtc so to celebrate our first month of being open this blog is dedicated to all our firsts that we’ve experienced in the studio, and all the firsts that you should be motivated to do.

Coming in at number 1: Our first day. Thank you to everyone who came to our opening, you made us feel so special. Our studio is so important to us, we want to provide you with the best fitness experience possible and without you being there supporting us we wouldn’t have been able to feel so welcome to the area.

2: Our first members. We want to thank everybody who signed up to their first free class and bought their amazing packages to join the SpinEtc family. Without our family there would be no studio. We love all our members dearly and thank you for coming to sweat it out either on or the bike or on the matt.

3: Our first smoothies. We have loved creating our new smoothie menu and the feedback about the tasty drinks have been great. We feel that a little pick me up after a great session is exactly what you need thats why we came up with our nutritious menu to benefit you.

4: Your first class with us. Throughout the first month of being open we’ve had many firsts and we are so happy with all the feedback we have had so far. Everyone has really enjoyed their first class but we want to ensure that you keep having a blast in the room. So don’t forget that we LOVE feedback and we can’t wait to hear what more we can do to make your experience even better.

Now for firsts that you can complete this month.

1: Make a commitment. Christmas is right around the corner and there is no better time to make a commitment to coming down to the studio every single week to burn off those calories and to feel fit. Throw any excuses out the window and make the commitment to be the best version of you.

2: Respect your body. Respect your body and don’t feed it rubbish when it doesn’t deserve to be abused! You wouldn’t put diesel in a petrol car so why would you feed your body with endless amounts of sugar? You run on fuel just as a car does, but make sure you are feeding it the right kind of fuel to keep you going and to keep you healthy.

3: Listen to your body. We all love to get to the studio and push our bodies to the max, but sometimes you have to listen to your body when you are aching all over and are tired and you just have to take that rest. Rest days are just as important as training days. Don’t forget that.

So here’s to a month of many firsts. Thank you for your amazing support so far, we can’t wait to continue the growth of the SpinEtc family.
