A great cardio session, calorie burner, and full-body workout, in just 45 minutes! In SpinEtc45 you may find yourself doing push-ups, tap-backs, sprinting, climbing, weights, and dance moves, all whilst on a bike. Don’t worry though if you are new to spin or usually have two left feet on the dance floor – our instructors will soon have you moving to the beat. Here at SpinEtc, we encourage our instructors to show their individuality and, as a result, each class is different – you may choose to dance to Bollywood with Munisha or come together as a team to fight through the resistance with Melvin. Whichever class you choose, expect to leave with your adrenaline pumping and a big smile on your face!
This type of training involves short periods of maximum effort followed by another short period of active recovery. HIIT30 a highly effective and super-efficient way to get your heart rate up, burn calories and fat. These classes usually involve little to no equipment – just you and the mat. Think burpees, squats and other bodyweight exercises… Expect to work hard but feel the benefits for the rest of the day!
NEW to the SpinEtc timetable, this is a barbell workout targets all of your major muscle groups using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Training focuses on high repetition movement, with low weight loads.
Bring water and arrive early as this class requires a bit of set-up time. Beginners are always welcome – even if you’ve never lifted weights before!
