Having worked at a personal trainer and a fitness coach for over 12 years, I always aim to encourage and help my clients to achieve a healthier and well balanced lifestyle. This is achieved through a variety of fun-filled, energetic classes filled with uplifting music which will get you in the right mood for the day. My classes range from Spin and HIIT to Body Pump and Afro fusion dance during which I promote good technique and the correct form to prevent injuries and get excellent results.

I am very passionate about dance and fitness and thoroughly enjoy group movement classes and the creativity that flows with it.
