I have always had a passion for health and fitness – from studying sport science to my first job as a personal trainer.
After becoming a first time Mum, my new lifestyle eventually took its toll and in crept anxiety. I took up Yoga as a way to calm and meditate. I knew from my very first class that I had found myself a new journey.
I completed my first 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa course and since then I have continued to develop my teaching, keeping my practice authentic, true and powerful.
I understand the impact that a hectic lifestyle can have on our physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga has changed my life and continues to change my life in every way – I will forever be grateful for this practice.
